Liz is responsible for process improvement and service management, including the deployment of intelligent automation, for Sysco Business Services (SBS). Her team serves the shared service functions of Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition and Master Data management, as well as certain commercial services provided to Sysco’s national customers. In the first year of Sysco’s RPA journey, Liz and her team have enabled the deployment of 35 automations in both domestic and global locations. These automations will save an estimated 50,000 labor hours per year. Liz has spent the majority of her career leading process improvement and strategic transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 companies.
