Eric brings over 25 years of experience helping organizations modernize and achieve peak performance in their back office to become more scalable, innovative, and strategic oriented. Over the last 3 years, Eric has developed Auxis’ end-to-end RPA capabilities, from strategy to execution and ongoing operations. His unique perspective as both advisor and outsourcer operator provides a practical, real-world perspective to his clients.
