Mona Kahn is a Director of Strategic Initiatives at Fannie Mae and runs the Smart Process Automation & Robotics Center Mae with overall responsibility for the organization including the Intelligent Automation COE, Innovation, Delivery, and Production Operations for enterprise Automation solutions. Her team has spent the past 12 months heavily focused on RPA solutions, and more recently branching into POC work connecting RPA with other technologies, as well as evaluating POCs across the IA spectrum including Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. Mona has been a technologist in the Financial Services industry for over 18 years having worked as a developer, tester, project manager, and various other roles. She was recently selected by CIO magazine and CIO Executive Council as a 2018 Ones to Watch honoree, identifying rising stars in IT - the senior staff destined to become the CIOs of the future.
