The time to reach break-even could range from six months for standard processes, to up to two years for complex programs. The cost savings also range between 10 – 50% depending on the complexity. That said, it’s crucial to establish realistic IA program expectations from the get-go and throughout an IA program roll out, and/or further down the line, as all parties involved must possess an agile approach and mindset as to what their IA initiatives can indeed deliver on.
