All conference attendees must pre-register for one (1) of the below track sessions. Registrations will be on a first come first serve basis. If you do not pre-register for your “Build a Bot” Focus Day track session, we’ll unfortunately have to assign seating based upon demand and availability.

PROGRAMMERS’ FOCUS DAY PART I:

9:00 am - 12:30 pm AN AGNOSTIC APPROACH TO SUCCESSFULLY PROGRAM & MANAGE A VARIETY OF IA SOFTWARE PROGRAM ROLL-OUTS
Join your fellow IA tech community for over 3-hours of interactive sessions focused on how to utilize a variety of AGNOSTIC IA software programs and types, such as: RPA, cognitive, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Topics of discussion, analysis, and on-site problem solving tasks will include, yet will not be limited to:

  • Nuts & bolts of how to use RPA platforms - coding, interfaces, tech problems & solutions
  • How you can provide enhanced IA tech support to your internal and external IA customers utilizing a wide variety of IA software
  • And much more!

NON-TECHIES’ FOCUS DAY PART I:

9:00 am - 12:30 pm AN AGNOSTIC APPROACH TO SUCCESSFULLY UTILIZE A VARIETY OF IA SOFTWARE PROGRAMS
Join your fellow NON-Techie colleagues for 3-hours of interactive sessions focused on how to use RPA platforms as a NON-Techie executive, utilizing a variety of AGNOSTIC IA software programs and types, such as: RPA, cognitive, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Topics of discussion, analysis, and on-site problem solving tasks will include, yet will not be limited to:

  • How your IT department uses IA for your department’s usage – in LAYMAN terms, so you can better understand the inner workings of the various IA platforms you and your team have been tasked to work with
  • Understanding IA lingo – basic and not such basic IA terms so when you need help with x, you can at least have a intermediate understanding of x, so you can maximize your communications with your IT department
  • Basic/intermediate usage commands
  • Common troubleshooting techniques that can be applied to a variety of IA tech problems/situations that may arise from time-to-time
  • And much more!

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm NETWORKING LUNCH BREAK

1:45 pm - 5:00 pm USER GROUPS’ APPROACH TO SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOP & MANAGE A VARIETY OF IA PROGRAMS
Part II of the Programmers’ Focus Day will include over 3-hours of interactive session focused on how to utilize x vendor’s IA software, which are often utilized in a variety of IA program roll outs – as separate User Groups per IA software type.

Topics of discussion, analysis, and on-site problem solving tasks will include, yet will not be limited to:

  • Nuts & bolts of how to use RPA platforms - coding, interfaces, tech problems & solutions
  • How you can provide enhanced IA tech support to your internal and external IA customers using said software
  • And much more!

NON-TECHIES’ FOCUS DAY PART II:

1:45 pm - 5:00 pm USER GROUPS’ APPROACH TO SUCCESSFULLY UTILIZE A VARIETY OF IA PROGRAMS
Part II of the NON-Techie Focus Day will include over 3-hours of interactive sessions focused on how to use RPA platforms as a NON-Techie executive, utilizing a variety of specific IA software programs and types, such as: RPA, cognitive, artificial intelligence, and machine learning – as separate User Groups per IA software type.

Topics of discussion, analysis, and on-site problem solving tasks will include, yet will not be limited to:

  • Understanding x specific IA software’s lingo – basic and not such basic IA terms so when you need help with x, you can at least have a intermediate understanding of x, so you can maximize your communications with your IT department
  • Basic/intermediate usage commands
  • Common troubleshooting techniques that can be applied to a variety of specific IA vendor software programs, that relate to tech problems/ situations that may arise along your IA journey
